Kelley Reading + Advocacy provides individualized literacy intervention, structured literacy instruction, and reading support tailored to each student. Certified Reading Specialist Jessica Kelley works with elementary-age students and supports families navigating IEP and 504 plans. Appointments are available seven days a week during daytime, afternoon, and evening hours. Services are available to families in Eugene and Springfield and can be especially helpful for homeschool families.
